Evening

• Double cleanse your skin once per day in the evening with natural unsweetened yoghurt.
• Apply Power Super Mark 2-3 times per week
• Apply Night Oil on nights without the Power Super Mask

Morning

• Rinse face with tepid water only
• Apply Power Super Serum gently massaging into skin
• Cover with a natural day cream with zinc (and zero parabens, sulfates, alcohol and silicones)
• Apply sunscreen (also with zero nasties)
• Ultimate Skin Smoothie at least 3 times per week. Daily is ideal

In a blender - blend together until really smooth -

• Handful of fresh spinach (or any green leafy vegetables)
• 10cm of a cucumber
• Half an avocado
• 2 celery stalks
• Half an apple
• 2 tbsp of colloidal minerals
• 2 tbsp of colloidal silver
• 1 tbsp of MCT oil
• Water to the consistency you like it

Variations: You can use any green leafy vegetables. If you add beet leaves they are an amazing source of potassium.
If you can’t find MCT oil (this is an extract of coconut oil) you can use coconut oil or just leave it out, though this excellent oil is great for the skin and brain.
